creative cooking to make my family eat more greens

tonight's spread: grilled fish, ginataang sigarilyas and melon

sukang paombong with sili (chili) for the grilled fish :)

Hide the greens in a coconut milk, a little meat and spices. This is how I sneak in veggies in the food so my dad can eat them. lol Diguised as bicol express with less spice the lowly and funky looking sigarilyas tasted good for dinner.
